Shipping Policy

At Brig Chic Boutique, we offer a variety of shipping options to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner. We take great care in packaging your items to guarantee they arrive in perfect condition. Our shipping costs are transparent, and we aim to provide you with the best value for your money.

When it comes to returns, we want you to shop with confidence. If you've had a change of heart or are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our straightforward return policy makes the process hassle-free. We believe in building trust with our customers by offering a seamless return experience.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipping will be an additional 3-5 days depending on your location. 

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after they are placed.

We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. If your package appears to be lost, you will need to file a claim with the post office. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Our return and exchange policy is designed to give you peace of mind when making a purchase. Whether you need to return an item or exchange it for a different size, our aim is to ensure your satisfaction. We want you to feel confident in your decision to shop with us, and our dedicated team is here to assist you every step of the way.
 
We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and strive to make our return and exchange process as smooth as possible. Your happiness is our priority.

Refunds FOR STORE CREDIT are only eligible if returned

within 14 days after receipt of your order.

Returns received after this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

No return authorization is needed, simply ship your item to:

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED! No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted.

Please allow 5-7 days for your return to be processed once we receive your return. STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Damaged Items Policy

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order.

 

Please email us at jax@shopbrigchic.com and forward photos of any damage. 

Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting, and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged. 

Store Pick-Up Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 hours and can be picked up

during our hours of operation. 

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after they are placed.

We are not responsible for reminding you to pick-up your order.

There is no additional charges for store pick-up.
