At Brig Chic Boutique, we want your shopping experience to be fun, easy, and fabulous! 💖 Here’s everything you need to know about shipping, store pick-up, returns, and damaged items.

Shipping

We ship your Brig Chic favorites near and far!

• National Orders: Standard $9.99 (orders $75+ ship free 💕), Expedited $20.99

• International Orders: Standard $25.99

• Delivery Times: Standard national 3–5 business days, expedited 1–2 business days, international 10–20 business days

• Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

• Responsibility: We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they leave the boutique.

Store Pick-Up

Pick up your order stress-free and on your schedule!

Orders are usually ready 1–2 hours after purchase. You’ll get an email notification when it’s ready—please make sure you have this before coming in. Bring your ID or order confirmation email.

Store pick-up is free, and we have a no-rush policy—come when it works for you. Someone else can pick up your order if they have your email verification. You can also try on items at pick-up, and if you need a different size, store credit will be issued.

Because our in-store inventory is the same as online, if your size is sold out, we recommend using the “Notify Me” feature for restock alerts. Order changes are not allowed once placed.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love everything you buy, but if not, returns are simple.

​

• Eligible items must be returned within 14 business days and be in perfect condition with tags attached. No stains, odors, or pet hair.

• Receipt or packing slip is required for all returns.

• Online returns: Ship to 4218 Harbor Beach Blvd, Brigantine, NJ 08203 with packing slip. Store credit is issued as an e-gift card.

• In-store returns: Receive a physical gift card for store credit.

• Returns and exchanges can be applied to purchases and events, though gift cards, sale items, and special items are excluded.

• Processing times: In-store is instant; online returns take 5–7 business days.
   

Damaged or Defective Items

We’re reasonable people and want to make it right.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us at jax@shopbrigchic.com as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to replace the item or issue store credit.
