Where are you located?Our address is 4218 Harbor Beach Blvd. Brigantine, NJ. We are located in the Acme Shopping Center right when you come over the bridge.

What are your store hours?We are open everyday, all year round. In the Summer we have extended hours, and in the Winter our hours are 11-4 pm every day of the week.

What sizes do you carry?At Brig Chic Boutique, we offer a wide range of sizes to ensure that everyone can find something they love. Our average women's clothing size is Small to XL, with select styles available in plus sizes up to 3XL. We have a variety of styles from an array of different vendors, in which the styles run petite, regular, and generously. If you are unsure about sizing, our team is always here to help. Feel free to reach out or visit us in store. :)

What are your shipping options?We offer standard shipping nationwide. It takes up to 2-5 days for an order to be processed, and then depending on your location shipping times and costs may vary.

Do you offer store pick-up?Yes we do! Never miss out again. If you see something you must have, but are not in town or need a little extra time getting to our store. We suggest doing store pick-up. At check out, instead of choosing shipping change the delivery method to store-pick up. Store Pick-Up orders take 2-3 hours to be processed. Once we have processed your order, an email will be sent to notify you that your item(s) are ready to be picked up.

How long will it take to receive my order?Orders are typically processed within 2-3 days and shipping times vary depending on your location. We use ground shipping which typically takes 2-5 days. We really try to get your items to you as soon as possible. :)

Can I track my order?Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package via the carrier's website.

What is your return policy?We hope that you love all your purchases from Brig Chic Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online and In-Store purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED! No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted. We do not offer exchanges for another item. Please allow 5-7 days for your return to be processed once we receive your return. STORE CREDIT ONLY.

How do I return an item?No return authorization is needed, simply ship your item to: 4218 Harbor Beach Blvd. Brigantine, NJ 08203. Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. Please allow 5-7 days for your return to be processed once we receive your return. STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Do you offer refunds?Yes, we offer online and in-store credit if your returned item has met all of our requirements. Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. This includes, but is not limited to: no makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted. If your returned item is deemed eligible, you will receive and email with your store-credit within 5-7 business days.

What if the item I received is damaged?Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at jax@shopbrigchic.com and forward photos of any damage. Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting, and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.

How do I know if an item is in stock?Our online inventory is updated in real time. If an item is out of stock, it will be marked as "Sold Out" on our website. If you'd like to be notified if a "Sold Out" item is restocked, just click on the item you wish to purchase and click the button that says "Notify me When Available". Fill our your information and an email will be sent if/when this item is availble for purchase again.

Do you offer gift cards?Yes, we offer both physical and digital gift cards in various denominations. Gift cards can be purchased in-store and online.
